Furniture name
Balance Chair

Description
To interpret Swedish pine, a Nordic material, from an oriental perspective, reaches a balance in culture. Zhang Junjie managed to convey an internal balance via a simple chair. It is a metaphor of Chinese Tai Chi in which the body movement express the internal strength and external beauty.

The seat surface and the backrest are made of Swedish pine, the legs of metal. The stability comes out of the dislocation of the three parts. Swedish pine is rare, which enables him to deliberate every detail and curve of the seat surface and the backrest. The balance is indicated through the simplicity and proportion.

The shape is expressive. The color of the main body is natural and original. The texture and color contrast is sharp between the rose gold titanium coated legs and the pine members. Swedish pine is rustic and gentle while the titanium is fine and firm. The handle behind the backrest is the logo of the chair series and can be a hanger.
